Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner is working as a B.T. Assistant in the third respondent/School. She wants to pursue her higher studies. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the third respondent on 08.03.2016. The third respondent forwarded the petitioner's application to the second respondent on 20.07.2017. The second respondent is yet to pass orders thereon. 4.Therefore, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on the said application on merits in accordance with law within four weeks from today.
