Mr.D.Shanmugaraja Sethupathy, learned Counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The petitioner seeks promotion as Assistant General Manager in the Trichirapalli District, Central Co-operative Bank Limited. According to the petitioner, a vacancy is arisen. In this regard, he has given a representation dated 28.12.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass orders one way or the other. The petitioner's representation dated 28.12.2017, seeking promotion as Assistant General Manager in the respondent/Bank shall be considered within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
