ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to the respondents to instruct his men concerned with bringing the witness to the Court to not to harass the petitioner by sending false details and requiring him to appear before the Court in connection with Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai and further direct him to intimate the proper date of hearing of Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021 in order to depose truth freely without fear or favour in Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was the prosecution witness in Spl.S.C.No.29 of 2021 and she was summoned and thereafter, she appeared before the Special Court for the 2/4
Exclusive Trial of POCSO Act Cases, Madurai on 17.02.2023 and her evidence was also recorded by the above said Court.
3. Since the petitioner has already been summoned and gave her evidence before the concerned Court, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
