Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to impugned order by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.A5/1860/2018 dated 22.06.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to make necessary entry in the petitioner's service record and to alter the petitioner's date of birth as 10.04.1966 instead of 01.07.1960.

ORDER
