This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to comply with the order of the Hon'ble Special Court/TNPID Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.184 of 2022, dated 21.11.2022 and consequently, to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

It is seen from the records, the petitioner has filed this petition to direct the first respondent to comply with the order of the learned TNPID Judge/Special Court, Madurai passed in Crl.M.P.No.184 of 2022. But, no detailed order is available in the records, only the docket order is available. However, the petitioner is directed to get the order from the concerned Court and produce the same before the respondent, so that they can take further action.
