Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to issue a direction to transfer the investigation to the second respondent from the 4th respondent in Crime No.12 of 2023, dated 13.01.2023 and direct the first respondent to monitor the same and on completion of investigation file the final report within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation to the second respondent from the 4th respondent in Crime No.12 of 2023, dated 13.01.2023 and direct the first respondent to monitor the same and on completion of investigation file the final report within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the issue is between the two groups of people and on that ground recommendation has been made to the competent authority to enquire the matter under Section 107 Cr.P.C. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that so far no notice or summon has been received.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The petitioner must appear before the concerned authority to work out his remedy.
