No.4506 of 2019:- Writ Miscellaneous Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to restore the Writ Petition in WP(MD) No.12664 of 2016 on file which was dismissed by this Honourable Court on 15/02/2019 for non appearance of the petitioner's counsel .

Prayer in WP(MD). No.12664 of 2016:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings vide Na.Ka.28413 / 2015/R4, dated 27.06.2016 and quash the same and direct the 1st Respondent to renew the building license.
