COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the President of Primary Society, enquiry was conducted with regard to the allegations levelled against the then Additional Milk Commissioner, Nandanam and that the petitioners were summoned to appear before the Investigating Officer and accordingly, both of them have appeared and enquiry was completed. He would further submit that the petitioners 2/4

were only directed to appear for enquiry and as such, there is no question of harassment.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. 28.03.2023 NCC :
