ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police to file a final 1/4

report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti in Crime No.147 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that earlier the case was registered for the offence under Section 420 IPC and after investigation, the case was altered into for the offence under Sections 406, 417 & 420 IPC and that, investigation is pending. 3.Recording the above submission, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file the final report in Cr.No.147 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands disposed of. 02.03.2023 NCC :
