RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner/accused in Crl.O.P.No.9755/2017 dated 28.07.2017 and dispense with the condition of reporting before the respondent police every day at 6.00 pm.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.ARUNMOZHI RAJASHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9755 of 2017 dated 28.07.2017. 2.The petitioner was charged under Section 380 IPC in Crime No.428 of 2017.
3.When this case came up before this Court on 03.10.2017, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner did not appear as per earlier order, directed by this Court. Thereafter, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigation Officer regularly for a period of two weeks. Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigation Officer from 03.10.2017 to 19.10.2017 regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to relax the conditions imposed by this Court and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required, on receipt of summons.
5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
