O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take action as per the official memorandum of TNPID Court, Madurai, which was forwarded along with the petitioner's representation, on 11.07.2024 to the 2nd respondent.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.According to the petitioner, he is one of the depositor in the 5th respondent's organization namely Fortune Fair Future Agro Company. Based on the complaint of the petitioner, FIR has been registered against the 5th respondent, thereafter, the 5th respondent 2/5
colluded with the 6th respondent, taking steps to compromise the issue, without considering the deposit made by the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has sent a representation to the 2nd respondent, with a copy to the TNPID Court, Madurai on 09.07.2024 and the same was forwarded by the TNPID Court, Madurai to the 2nd respondent on 11.07.2024 to take necessary action. However, the 2nd respondent has not taken any steps based on the representation of the petitioner. Hence, this petition has been filed.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that as per records, the representation of the petitioner is not available with the 2nd respondent. However, if the petitioner appears before the 2nd respondent and gives a fresh representation, the same will be considered by the 2nd respondent in accordance with law and dispose the same within a time limit prescribed by this Court.
5.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 2 and 3, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2nd respondent on 3/5
21.02.2025 and furnish the copy of the representation, dated 09.07.2024, thereafter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose the same within a period of 15 days, thereafter, on merits and in accordance with law.
6.With the aforesaid directions and observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
