ORDER
This writ petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2022 from the file of the 3rd respondent and forward the same to the file of the 2nd respondent for the purpose of continuing with the enquiry process as expeditiously as possible within the time frame as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. The petitioner has lodged complaint before the second respondent as against the Head Constable of the third respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD)No.3659 of 2022 police station. However on receipt of the same, the second respondent has forwarded the said complaint before the third respondent and the third respondent had directed the petitioner to appear for enquiry.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the allegation itself is as against the Head Constable of the third respondent police station and as such it will not be fair before the third respondent.
4. Considering the above submission, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry after giving opportunity of hearing the petitioner and dispose of the complaint filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
