This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the respondent not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and not interfere in the matrimonial dispute frequently.
2.Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the respondent, the petitioners were called for enquiry, in connection with a case in Crime No.27 of 2015 filed against them and thereafter, the case was closed as 'Action Dropped", on 17.07.2015 and therefore, there is no harassment by the respondent police.
