(IN CRIME NO. 414 OF 2014) ... RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 18469 of 2014 dated 02.02.2015.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.DHANASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18469 of 2014, dated 05.11.2014 modified in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18469 of 2014, dated 02.02.2015, by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been granted bail with certain conditions vide order dated 05.11.2014 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18469 of 2014 and the petitioner has been directed to appear before the respondent police daily twice i.e., at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders. The petitioner has complied with the said condition regularly. Thereafter, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner has filed M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 praying to relax the said

condition and this Court vide order dated 02.02.2015, modified the said condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and the petitioner is complying with the said condition from 09.02.2015 without fail and now he has come up with this petition for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition from 06.06.2016. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not complying with the condition from 06.06.2016, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18469 of 2014, dated 05.11.2014, modified in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18469 of 2014, dated 02.02.2015 and accordingly this petition is dismissed.
