ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner seeks the formation of road in pursuant to the directive of the respondent No.2 to respondent No.4, in and by the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.Aa3/6579/2019 dated 16.10.2019. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though more than a year has elapsed, the project is yet to take off.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that in view of the election process being set in, the request is not feasible to be considered at this stage.

4. The directive of the respondent No.2 dated 16.10.2019 has to be complied by the respondent No.4. The election will be over after the counting of the votes in the month of May '2021. In such view of the matter, we direct the respondent No.4 to act in accordance with the aforesaid directive of the respondent No.2 and do the needful within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
