JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against the order, dated 08.11.2021 made in W.C.No.27 of 2010 on the file of the Joint Commissioner of Labour, Trichy.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submit that the parties have settled the matter amicably before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and they have also filed the Agreement For Settlement, dated 04.04.2022.

3. Recording the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of. The Agreement For Settlement, dated 04.04.2022 recorded before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court is recorded and the same shall form part and parcel of the order. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
