ORDER

The petition is filed for a direction to provide police protection. 2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was enquired by the respondent police and has since been closed as civil in nature. 3.When there is a dispute with reference to the property, it is for the petitioner to approach the appropriate civil Court and only as per the decree/order of the civil Court, the police can grant protection and cannot interfere in the matter of civil nature in the garb of protection. Therefore, with such liberty preserved to the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
