ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents herein to include the offences under Sections 109, 341, 342, 363 & 365 IPC and Section 16 of POCSO in SI No.2 of the FIR and include the name of accused Selvakumar, S/o.Anbil Naicker and 3 others in SI.No.7 of FIR in Crime No.51 of 2020 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Kulithalai Police Station, Karur District.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that while pending investigation, the second respondent has filed an alteration report altering the FIR to the offences under Sections 109, 363 and 365 IPC read with 16 of POCSO Act.
