punishable under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 324(4) & 351(2) of BNS 2023, in Crime No.86 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the offences are bailable in nature.

3. Considering the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent police and submit an application. In such a case, the respondent police shall consider for granting station bail on the same day.
