This petition has been filed under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.413 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyur within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
