(CR.NO.534/2016) ...RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend 15 days time for furnishing the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.3, Dindigul as per order dated 26.09.2016 made in Crl.M.P.No.9127/2016 in Crl.OP(MD)No.14226 of 2016 in connection with the Crime No.534/2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Town South Police Station, Dindigul District.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KANDASAMY,Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.This Court by order dated 16.08.2016 directing the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the petitioner failed to appear before the concerned Court, he preferred a petition for extension of time and this Court by order dated 26.09.2016 granted 2 weeks time. However, the petitioner failed to appear before the concerned Court again and filed the present petition for extension of further time after 3 months.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to grant 10 days time as last chance for complying with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
conditions on pay of Rs.1000/- to the Legal Services Authority, Dindigul from the date on which the order copy is made ready. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
