This petition has been filed to extend the time for a period of twelve months to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction given by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.1617 of 2024 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.8505 of 2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the records. 2/4
3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time for a period of five months to conclude the investigation and accordingly, five months time is extended to conclude the investigation.
4. To that extent, this petition is ordered.
