ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to expedite the proceedings and to dispose the case in C.C.No. 315 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District within a stipulated time as directed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the some of the witnesses have been examined in this case. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned learned Judicial Magistrate ,Nanguneri, Tirunelveli District

to dispose the case pending in CC No. 315 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on hall hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
