PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.24 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 13.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. @ Sections 306 and 498A of IPC, in Crime No.24 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has suspected the deceased/wife's fidelity and took her to hospital for check up, due to which, she committed suicide by hanging herself. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.3920 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is at initial stage.

5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence alleged and also the facts that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 13.02.2022 and that the investigation is at initial stage as stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
