RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 29.12.2016 of this Honourable High Court made in Crl.OP(MD)No.24059 of 2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.P.KANDASAMY Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Criminal Original petition and charge sheet was filed in C.C.No.96 of 2016 by the Judicial Magistrate, Tirupatthur.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
