O R D E R

On 16.03.2018, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent herein, to the request to execute the verdict of the Enquiry Officer dated 18.08.2017 passed under Section 81 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act, 1983.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, though the representation was made on 16.03.2018, the respondents have not passed any final orders regarding the same. It is needless to point out that whenever a representation of this nature is made, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the respondents are duty bound to pass appropriate orders in one way or another, rather keep in pending indefinite.

3. Though the petitioner has sought for a direction to initiate the execution of the verdict of the Enquiry Officer passed under Section 81 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Society Act, 1983, it would be appropriate to direct them to consider the representation on their own merits.

4. In the result, there shall be a direction to the first respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2018 on their own merits and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.6879 of 2018 stands closed.
