Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed in this petition, notice to the 4th respondent is hereby dispensed with. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for admission, Mr.K.R.Laxman, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, by producing the order of the 2nd respondent dated 06.02.2025, submits that the petitioner's complaint has been enquired and a favourable order has been passed on behalf of the complainant / petitioner herein.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
