To set aside the conviction and sentence passed in Special Case No.04 of 2016 by the Special Court of Trial of Cases under prevention of Corruption Act, Tirunelveli, dated 25.09.2019. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LENIN KUMAR.T, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MEENAKSHI SUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8599 of 2019 in Crl.A.(MD) No.465 of 2019 dated 03.10.2019.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in an alternative month i.e., on the first working day of alternative month commencing from April 2023 at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
