(MD). No.3094 of 2016 in Crl.A.(MD). no.122 of 2016 dated 23.5.2016 to the petitioner.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S M.VIVEKANANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of THE ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J] This petition is to relax the condition imposed by this Court, while suspending the sentence imposed on the petitioner.

2. This Court directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Fourth Additional District and sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, daily, twice at 10.30 AM and 05.30 PM, until further orders.

3. The medical certificate produced by the petitioner indicates that he is suffering from paranoid schizophrenia and has been taking treatment from Sneka Mine Care Centre, Tirunelveli.

4. In view of the documents produced by the petitioner, we are of the view that the condition imposed by this Court requires to be relaxed.

5. The Condition imposed by this Court, vide order dated 23.05.2016, Crl.M.P.No.3094 of 2016, is relaxed.
