ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to assess and survey the land comprised in S.No.730/10 situated at Kathapatti village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, by marking four boundaries, on the basis of the representation dated 29.01.2018.

2.According to the petitioner, he is the owner of the property in S.No.730/10 situated at Kathapatti village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District by means of a registered sale deed dated 13.06.2005. Subsequently, patta has been transferred in the name of the petitioner. Since the petitioner wants to measure the property, he filed an application before the respondents on 29.01.2018 and he has also paid necessary fee for the same. But, so far no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Considering the above said facts and circumstances, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2018 and survey the land, after issuing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to the petitioner and rival claimants, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
