ORDER

The petitioner claiming to be the owner of the subject lands having inherited the same from his father by way of gift, has noticed certain errors in the UDR records and consequently, patta having been issued in wrong names. The petitioner has, therefore, made a representation to the third respondent, who in turn forwarded the same to the first respondent for necessary action. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that from December 2024, no steps have been taken by the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 10.12.2024, subsequent to the representation dated 26.01.2021, which was forwarded by the third respondent/Tashildar to the second respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer. 3.Considering the limited scope of the relief, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and pass final orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 10.12.2024, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any other interested parties, within a period of 2/4
