The petitioner has submitted a representation seeking disbursement of surrender leave salary and has filed this writ petition. 2.When this petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner's request has been considered and rejected by order dated 17.09.2025. A copy of the same is also placed before this court. 2/4

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
