The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to initiate an action under Section 133 of Cr.P.C based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.02.2015 and to remove the encroachment in Ward NO.42, P.S.K.Nagar, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court considers it appropriate to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and deal with the same on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
