ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to quash the first information report in Crime No.21 of 2024 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.
2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submits that the investigation in Cr.No.21 of 2024 has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed, which is taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, in C.C.No.894 of 2024. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), this criminal original petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, provided if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
