ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law, on basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.02.2025.
2. The Government Advocate (Criminal) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, they have conducted an enquiry and both parties agreed to settle the matter, thereby the said complaint was closed. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in the petition, therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in the case.
3. Since already the 2nd respondent have received the complaint from the 3rd respondent as against the petitioner and the same was closed, nothing survives for further orders required to be passed in the case.
