CRL MP(MD). No.2932 of 2023 This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned District and Sessions Judge (Special Court for PCR Cases), Thoothukudi, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.231 of 2023, dated 05.01.2023.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners could not surrender before the concerned Court within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
