O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Special Teacher (Music) in the light of the Revised Provisional Selection List issued by the second respondent Board on 12.10.2021 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.02.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

During the course of hearing, the learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was considered to the post of Special Teacher (Music) and her name was included in the provisional list at Sl.No.68 and the said list was forwarded to the fourth respondent. Now, the fourth respondent is to take consequential action.

In view of the submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the relief sought for in this writ petition by the petitioner has been extended by the second respondent by including the name of the petitioner in the provisional list.
