ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the issue has been amicably resolved. The impugned order is set aside and the writ petition is allowed in terms of the memorandum of the joint compromise dated 19.03.2024. The said compromise memo will form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
