2.Today(04.06.2024), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. 3.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondent and submits that the trial in CC No.100 of 2017 has already been commenced. Totally there are ten witnesses, out of which, LW1 to LW 3 were examined on 13.06.2024.
