ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining the wilful disobedience of the order dated 02.08.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.18389 of 2024. 2.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the order of this Court is complied with, by including the name of the petitioner in the revised selection list on 04.04.2025. The learned counsel further submits that the reason for the delay in implementing the order within the time stipulated by this Court is due to the reason that in an identical matter, there is a stay granted by the Principal Bench of this Court. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted that the petitioner's name is included in the revised selection list and accordingly, the order is complied with.

4.Considering the above factual position, in my considered view, no further adjudication is required in the present case. 5.Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed.
