ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to comply with the order dated 25.08.2023 passed in Cr.M.P.No.5005 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Madurai within the time stipulated by this Court and direct the second respondent to register the case in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the Unit -III, CCB, Madurai, may be directed to comply the order dated 25.08.2023 passed by the trial Court.

3. In view of the said submission, this Court hereby directs Unit-III of CCB Madurai to comply with the order dated 25.08.2023 passed in Cr.M.P.No.5005 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Madurai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
