The present writ petition has been filed seeking to challenge the auction notice issued by the third respondent on 14.01.2026 for auctioning usufruct of 50 coconut trees.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent has brought to the notice of the Court that on 06.02.2026, because of administrative reasons, they have cancelled the auction and they are proposing to issue a fresh tender notification. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of.
