This petition is filed to set aside the order dated 10.04.2019 passed in C.M.A (MD)No.1262 of 2005 and to restore the above appeal as against the second respondent herein.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Siddha Clinic, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court. (A/c No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court), within a period of three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
