ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 452, 294 (b), 323, 379 and 506(i) of I.P.C. and Section 3 of Tamil Nadu Medicare Service Persons and Medicare Service Institutions Prevention of Violence and Damage or Loss of Property Act, 2005 in Crime No.32 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, they have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been arrayed as A3 to A5 and the co-accused viz., A1 and A2 were granted bail by the District Sessions Court, Nagercoil in Cr.M.P.No.323 of 2015 dated 09.02.2015.
2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
4. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the arresting officer or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned; and (ii) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
