ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 29.10.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.26200 of 2024. 2.In compliance of the order of this court, the District Educational Officer(Elementary Education), Tuticorin, has issued proceedings on 06.06.2025, approving the appointment of One H.R.Syed Sirajdeen, w.e.f. 09.10.2017. However, it is the grievance of the writ petitioner that so far the monetary benefits have not been released.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the monetary benefits would be released in due course. The respondents are directed to comply with the timeline fixed in order of the Hon'ble Division Bench dated 28.02.2025 in W.A.(MD)No.389 of 2025. 4.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 09.06.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR 2/4
