2.Heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the petitioners. Though notice has been served on the respondents, none appeared on their behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 66 days, however, on payment of costs.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee 2/3
