Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for executing the sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No.690 of 2022, dated 12.01.2022. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to illness, he could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
