O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent issue if any new mini bus permit in petitioner route from Chettikulam to A.N.Kudi without violation of the Motor Vehicle Act with consider the petitioners representation dated 23.09.2025, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 23.09.2025 for issuance of mini bus permit from Chettikulam to A.N.Kudi. However, since no action has been taken on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader and the learned standing counsel, appearing for the respondents, submit that within a time stipulated by this Court, the representation would be considered. 2/4

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
