O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1414/2019/A3, dated 06.11.2019 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondent to continue petitioner's lease in respect of the Shop.No.55 situated at New Bus Stand Theni Allinagaragam, Theni by receiving the enhanced rent for the subsequent years.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already vacated the premises and that the respondent has already filed a civil suit for recovery of arrears and the same was decreed and the execution petition is pending and that nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs. 11.03.2024 das 2/4
