This petition is filed seeking modification of the conditions No.1 & 2 imposed in the order, dated 17.02.2022 in Cr.M.P.No.427 of 2022 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli District, to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- in M.C.No.78 of 2021, on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that by the order, dated 24.03.2022, the matter was referred to Mediation. In the mediation, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Subsequent to that Crl.OP(MD)No.6120 of 2022 was filed before this Court for quashing FIR in Crime No.5 of 2022 and the same was allowed on 04.04.2022. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
